Polyoxymethylene(POM), wanda kuma aka sani da acetal,polyacetal, da polyformaldehyde, wani nau'in thermoplastic ne na injiniya wanda ake amfani da shi a cikin sassan da suka dace waɗanda ke buƙatar tauri mai yawa, ƙarancin gogayya da kwanciyar hankali mai kyau. Kamar sauran polymers na roba da yawa, kamfanonin sinadarai daban-daban suna samar da shi tare da dabarar da ta ɗan bambanta kuma ana sayar da shi daban-daban ta hanyar sunaye kamar Delrin, Kocetal, Ultraform, Celcon, Ramtal, Duracon, Kepital, Polypenco, Tenac da Hostaform.

Ana siffanta POM da ƙarfinsa mai girma, tauri da kuma tauri har zuwa −40 °C. POM fari ne da ba a iya gani da ido saboda yawan sinadarin kristal ɗinsa amma ana iya samar da shi da launuka iri-iri. POM yana da yawa daga 1.410–1.420 g/cm3.

Polypropylene(PP), wanda kuma aka sani da polypropene, Polymer ne mai thermoplastic wanda ake amfani da shi a aikace-aikace iri-iri. Ana samar da shi ta hanyar polymerization na girma sarkar daga monomer propylene.
